These terms cover your use of this website and its online booking. By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can always book by phone at (518) 650-8457.

Booking

• An online booking holds a time with a nail tech for the services you picked. The time we set aside is based on those services.
• If you want something different when you arrive, we'll do our best, but a longer service may need a new time.
• Please give your real name, phone number and email. We may cancel bookings that look fake or duplicated.
• There's a limit on how many upcoming online bookings one person can hold. The booking form tells you if you reach it.
• If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we'll contact you as soon as we can.

Changing, cancelling and running late

• Change or cancel online with your booking link up to the cutoff shown on that page, or call the salon.
• If you're running late, call us. We may need to shorten your service or move you to a later time so the next customer isn't kept waiting.
• After repeated no-shows, we may ask you to book by phone instead of online.

Prices and payment

Prices on this site are a guide. Any price shown on a booking is an estimate, not a binding quote. The final price depends on what you get (for example nail length, shape, art or removal), and your nail tech confirms it before starting. You pay at the salon. The website never takes payment.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated booking, scraping, attempts to break in, or bookings meant to block times for others. We may block access that harms the site or other customers.

Ownership and license

The website and its text, design and graphics belong to Jenny's Nail Salon or are used with permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission. Links to other sites (such as Instagram or map services) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

Copyright concerns

The site doesn't accept uploads from the public. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, contact us by phone or at the salon with the details. We'll review it and remove it if appropriate.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, Jenny's Nail Salon isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website, such as a missed appointment caused by a technical problem. Nothing here limits rights you have under New York consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
